MAINTENANCE PACKAGE
This package is aimed at customers who want their vehicle to look its best month on month.
1st visit Full detail ( £150 or £170 or £220 size depending) or 2 day Full detail with paint enhancement ( to remove up to 80% of paint defects and return gloss (£300 or £400) to get the vehicle to the highest standards of cleanliness we and you expect.
Followed by-
Regular monthly maintenance detail @£70 or £85 or £100
(Returns your vehicle to how it was after the first full valet. )

-Exterior 3 stage safe wash ( prewash/snowfoam/touch wash using 2 buckets and 2 wash mitts)
-Alloys & arches cleaned
-Spray wax protection
-Interior vacuum, steam and detail clean all trim and dash cleaned and dressed

-Leather cleaned and conditioned inc steering wheel and all leather trim
-Interior dressed
-Engine bay detail

A full wheels off exterior deep clean with a multi stage polish to correct your paint to the very highest level removing up to 99% of paint defects including inner door & boot shuts, ( this will include removal of light clusters and wipers if needed to access all areas)
Paint chips touched up with correct colour matched paint.
followed by scratch resistant ceramic coating to paint. 2 year coating to wheels and glass.
Exhaust, arches stanchions and callipers coated
Wheels deep cleaned off the vehicle and ceramic coated.
( we can also arrange alloy wheel repair/recolour whilst in our care)
Full engine bay deep clean and detail and ceramic
Full deep clean of interior, including front seat removal to access carpets and hard to reach spots if needed.
12 month Leather protection and carpet protection to prevent stains and other marking of upholstery.

As well as valeting, detailing and paint correction we also offer a range of training courses to allow you to learn the correct ways to look after your car.

We understand that some people may not be able to afford a monthly detail or just prefer to clean their car themselves but arent sure the best way to go about it.

Well we can teach you best practice on cleaning, detailing and even paint correcting your car so you can get the very best out of your pride and joy.

ABOUT US
We are a mobile and unit based Husband and Wife team with a Franchisee member called Billy who also covers Kent and Essex running for 2 and a half years, specializing in Detailing, Paint correction and ceramic protections on many types and ages of vehicle from a 'just bought' run about to a Classic car of varying ages.
Based in Mayland Essex we have a Unit to carry out work, however for the further afield we also offer a mobile service from our fully equipt vans straight to your door.

Terms and Conditions
1 Cancellations
Cancellation within 24hrs notice without good reason will be required to pay in full.
Any cancellations must be made 7 days BEFORE the appointment date.
If an appointment is cancelled short notice more than twice The Valeting Guy reserves the right to refuse rebooking.
2 Vehicle
The vehicle the appointment is made for must not be used for 1 hour before the appointment. This is due to the vehicle needing to be ‘ cool’ in order to clean and detail properly. If this is not possible the vehicle cannot be cleaned completely.
3 Excessive interior soiling.
If the the interior of the vehicle, inc the boot, are excessively dirty e.g mud, dog hair, food, excessive stains, this will incur an additional charge of £30 due to extra time and products needed.
4 Abusive behaviour.
Any abuse verbal or physical will not be tolerated at any stage during the appointment and will result in permanent exclusion from our books.
5 Deposits
All ceramic packages and machine polish appointments require a £100 deposit at point of booking. This is to allow purchase of products needed and is non refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the appointment.
6 Existing Damage
All existing damage MUST be brought to our attention prior to the start of any work.
If any is found during the appointment it will brought to the owners attention.
7 Customer timekeeping.
If the customer arrives at the appointment address more than 30 minutes late they will need to be rescheduled.
8 Customers property
All property and belongings need to be removed prior to starting the detail.
Any items left in the vehicle will not be the responsibility of the Valeting Guy during the detailing appointment.
9 Face masks
Any face masks left in the vehicle will NOT be touched and the area left.
10 Any defects not caused by ‘ The valeting guy and gal’ after the initial appointment I.e by other sources, The valeting guy and gal will not be held liable for.
11 Customers are kindly requested to check the vehicle on completion for any issues that can be rectified before leaving.
